The history of Casaba begins with its founder, Cassiano Sabatini, one of the most accredited professionals in the Italian and international real estate sales sector. Born in Monte Argentario, among the most beautiful and fascinating places in the world, he started working on his own at a very young age, starting his first brokerage business and an accounting management firm at just over 20 years old. His vocation is clear from the start: to match the right person with the right house!
In 1994 he joined one of the most important national networks: it is in this period of his life that Sabatini grows and refines his skills by training with highly skilled professionals. His constant success leads him to gain approval and appreciation from his customers so much so that, to respond to ever-growing demand, he opens 4 agencies covering the entire Maremma area.
In 2001 a new challenge arrived and Sabatini accepted it: starting a pilot project relating to the future franchising development of the most important national luxury brand. This time too it is a victory for him. In 2009 he participated as a co-founder in the birth and development in Italy of one of the most important international real estate brands of which he assumed the vice-presidency and direction of the luxury sector until 2022.
In love with his work, determined and flexible but above all a profound knowledge of the issues related to negotiation and the psychology of real estate purchasing, Sabatini, thanks to his honesty and professionalism, today boasts over 2000 properties sold in more than 30 years of activity .

Casaba Group is active for customers all over the world but the operational heart remains in one of the most extraordinary and fascinating places in the world, Monte Argentario, from which we started to develop the capabilities of the international network. Our offices are Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, Grosseto and Rome: this allows us to operate in Tuscany and Lazio.
