Cassiano Sabatini is among the most accredited professionals in the Italian and international real estate sales sector. Born in Monte Argentario, he started working on his own at a very young age, starting his first brokerage business and an accounting management firm at just over 20 years old. His vocation is clear from the start: to match the right person with the right house! In 1994 he joined one of the most important national networks: it is in this period of his life that Sabatini grows and refines his skills by training with professionals of great caliber.
His constant success leads him to gain approval and appreciation from his customers so much so that, to respond to ever-growing demand, he opens 4 agencies covering the entire Maremma area. In 2001 a new challenge arrived and Sabatini accepted it: starting a pilot project relating to the future franchising development of the most important national luxury brand. This time too it is a victory for him. In 2009 he participated as a co-founder in the birth and development in Italy of one of the most important international real estate brands of which he assumed the vice-presidency and direction of the luxury sector until 2022.
In love with his work, determined and flexible but above all a profound knowledge of the issues related to negotiation and the psychology of real estate purchasing, Sabatini, thanks to his honesty and professionalism, today boasts over 2000 properties sold in more than 30 years of activity.

After completing his studies in Accounting, Matteo decided to pursue his passion for Work and Organizational Psychology, obtaining a degree at the University of Florence. This educational background has provided him with a solid foundation of analytical and relational skills, which today are reflected in his strategic approach to the dynamics of the real estate market.
With the desire to apply his skills, Matteo made the choice to join the family business in real estate. Since he crossed the threshold of the Casaba Group office in 2015, he has brought new life to the agency, demonstrating an innate passion for the real estate world and an unwavering dedication to customer service.

After important work experiences including sales in the automotive and naval industries, I landed, about twenty years ago, in the real estate world first as an Office Assistant and then in office management.
Today I work as a real estate agent alternating the wonderful setting of Monte Argentario, where I was born and live, with the splendid Rome; this allows me to deal with different realities: from clients looking for a base by the sea, to those wishing to make an investment, from those looking for their first home, to prestigious properties.
Changing my work profile to become a real estate agent was an automatic and natural evolution from both a professional and personal point of view: I am a dynamic, result-oriented, active and workaholic person, but capable of listening and understanding the needs of customers in order to provide them the best services.
